Secondo quanto deliberato dal Collegio dei docenti nella delibera N°5 del 27/01/2020, i Dottorandi sono tenuti a frequentare nel corso dei tre anni le seguenti attività formative:
Attività obbligatorie:
- Offerta formativa interna annuale del Corso di Dottorato: minimo 30 ore
- Corso di inglese C1 per dottorandi fornito come didattica trasversale dall’Ateneo: 30 ore (da frequentare nel I anno)
- Didattica trasversale del piano formativo offerto dall’Ateneo specificatamente per i dottorandi: minimo 30 ore a scelta tra i moduli erogati dall’Ateneo
- Didattica seminariale: minimo 6 seminari scelti tra quelli proposti all’interno del Corso di dottorato o del Dipartimento di Farmacia, inerenti tematiche congrue con gli obiettivi formativi del percorso dottorale (approvata annualmente)
Attività facoltative:
- Corso di inglese C1 plus per dottorandi erogato dal centro linguistico CLI: 30 ore (fortemente consigliato; da frequentare nel II anno)
- Corsi di alta formazione: Contamination lab e/o PhD Plus (33 ore cad), summer/winter schools (fortemente consigliati)
Ogni variazione alle attività didattiche previste dal Corso di dottorato deve essere concordata con il tutor e autorizzata dal Collegio.

According to decision of the PhD Board (document #5 of 27/01/2020) PhD students are required to attend the following training activities during the three years:
Mandatory activities:
- Annual internal educational offer for the PhD course: minimum 30 hours
- C1 English course for PhD students provided as a transversal teaching by the University of Pisa: 30 hours (to be attended in the first year)
- Transversal teaching of the training plan offered by the University of Pisa specifically for doctoral students: minimum 30 hours among the provided modules
- Seminar teaching: at least 6 seminars chosen from those proposed within the PhD course or the Department of Pharmacy, related to issues consistent with the educational objectives of the PhD course (approved annually)
Optional activities:
- C1 plus English course for PhD students provided by the CLI language center: 30 hours (strongly recommended; to be attended in the second year)
- Higher education courses: Contamination lab and / or PhD Plus (33 hours each), summer/winter schools (strongly recommended)
Any variation to the teaching activities must be agreed with the tutor and authorized by the Board.
