Il nostro Dipartimento offre un servizio di supporto agli studenti, sia nella fase di orientamento che durante il corso di studi.
Questo è uno sportello gestito da studenti senior (Tutor alla pari) che sono stati formati nelle rispettive aree e che sono disponibili a rispondere a qualsiasi vostro dubbio o domanda.
I tutor alla pari sono studenti senior che mettono a disposizione la loro esperienza per aiutare altri studenti iscritti nel loro stesso dipartimento, supportandoli e fornendo loro informazioni utili per facilitare la fruizione della didattica e delle opportunità di crescita proposte dall’ateneo.
Potete contattarli in uno dei seguenti modi:
- Appuntamento fisso settimanale
2 giorni a settimana i tutor alla pari saranno presenti in un’aula virtuale di Microsoft Teams per rispondere ai vostri dubbi e criticità riguardanti la didattica, il materiale, la frequenza ai corsi, l’utilizzo delle varie piattaforme. Facilitano i rapporti con i docenti, gli operatori delle segreterie didattiche e amministrative e il centro di ascolto.

TUTORING DESK
Our Department offers a student support service both during the orientation phase and throughout the entire course of study.
This service is provided by senior students (Peer Tutors) who have been trained in their respective areas and are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Peer Tutors are senior students who share their experience to support fellow students enrolled in the same Department. They provide guidance and practical information to help students make the most of their academic experience and the educational and personal development opportunities offered by the University.
You can contact the Peer Tutors in one of the following ways:
Weekly Drop-in Sessions
Twice a week, Peer Tutors are available in a Microsoft Teams virtual classroom to answer questions and provide support regarding teaching activities, course materials, class attendance, the use of the University’s online platforms, and other academic matters. They also facilitate communication with academic staff, the teaching and administrative offices, and the University counselling service.
Schedule:
- Tuesday: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Friday: 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
